Description: Upon completion of this course, supervisors will have the knowledge and skills to take on the role of Designated Employer Representative (DER), successfully managing their workplaces drug and alcohol testing program. The individual in this critical position is responsible for ensuring employer compliance with federally mandated drug and alcohol testing requirements and workplace policies. A certificate of completion will be awarded to those completing this course.
