Howard Taule
Board TreasurerHoward is one of the founding members of NDASA and currently serves as Board Treasurer. Howard is proud of his past record as Board Treasurer and has earned his reputation of being fair, honest, communicative, and open-minded. Howard has taken his fiduciary duties seriously. The duty of care, the duty of loyalty and the duty of obedience, as mandated by state and common law. Howard’s background has always been in finance and had earned his BA in Finance from University of Arizona. Howard is CFO for NMS Management Services, a national Third-Party Administrator (TPA) assisting municipalities, employers and educational institutions with drug and alcohol testing program development and implementation. He would consider it an honor to be elected once again as your Board Treasurer. There is still work to be done.
